1.) I need a specific size that you don't offer what can I do?

We have a variety of sizes for all of our products. Email us at info@immaginiprints.com if you need a customized size!

2.) How long does it take to create a custom design?

Typically we schedule a zoom call or a phone call and we discuss what you are looking for in a design. During or after the call we will send you anywhere from 20-50 designs in less than 30 minutes. From there we can further edit your given designs or create another 20-50. You can schedule by caling us at (914)-768-8603 or email us at info@immaginiprints.com.

3.) I have a picture I want printed on a canvas/framed print, how can I do that?

Our canvas prints and framed art prints ship to: The United States, The United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, and Sweden. Our framed canvas prints only ship to The United States. If you are outside of our shipping zones please email us at info@immaginiprints.com and we will be happy to assist you!

5.) How long are shipping times?

Our canvas prints and framed art prints will arrive within 2-7 days, however our framed canvas print can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks.

8.) When will you release new collections?

At Immagini Prints we pride ourselves in our wide variety of designs, however we know that sometimes that isn't enough. That being said, we will create a new collection once we receive enough demand; if you want to see a new collection or get a custom design email us at info@immaginiprints.com or message us on Tiktok @immaginiprints.
